Judging with responsibility
AdArena is responsible for professional judging. The weighted ranking combines reviews by the brand, reviews by AdArena and VideoBattle comparisons. The competition rules and integrity checks apply. AI analysis is a limited internal pilot; an automatic AI score or report is not included for every entry.
Agree on scope before launch
Package days are the submission window. Publication follows brief, funding and launch approval. Winner announcement is scheduled within 7 days after submissions close; this is not delivery time from signup. Submission volume and reach depend on the brief, timing and creator participation. They are not the number of videos you have purchased or a promise of advertising results.

Prices are in USD, before 18% VAT for Israeli billing and a 2.5% card surcharge where card payment is available. Checkout or your approved quote confirms the final amount and payment methods.
Other budgets or schedules require an approved custom quote before commitment.
An eligible additional video costs $150 through content buyout, subject to eligibility, payment and the applicable rights terms.

Ready to discuss a client brief?
For new submissions under the current agreement, creators assign all transferable rights they own in the entry to AdArena on submission, including non-winning entries. AdArena manages presentation, distribution and sales. Reusing, selling or uploading the same entry elsewhere requires AdArena’s written permission. Brands receive commercial rights only through a paid transaction under the applicable agreement; an entry or ranking alone is not permission to use it. Extra package bonuses are discretionary and do not reduce promised prizes or the stated creator payment for a standard buyout. Earlier submissions keep their applicable terms.
