How do I create a competition?

Start a brand launch plan, add your brief and assets, and choose a budget. Publication follows approval of the brief, competition terms, schedule and funding. Sending a plan does not publish a competition.

What are the packages and costs?

Ignite: $7,500, including $5,000 in prizes and $2,500 in service fees. 15 winning places; 10 submission days. Amplify: $15,000, including $10,000 in prizes and $5,000 in service fees. 30 winning places; 14 submission days. Dominate: $25,000, including $15,000 in prizes and $10,000 in service fees. 50 winning places; 14 submission days. Prices are in USD, before 18% VAT for Israeli billing and a 2.5% card surcharge where card payment is available. Checkout or your approved quote confirms the final amount and payment methods. Other budgets or schedules require an approved custom quote before commitment.

What is the schedule?

Package days are the submission window. Publication follows brief, funding and launch approval. Winner announcement is scheduled within 7 days after submissions close; this is not delivery time from signup.

AdArena is responsible for professional judging. The weighted ranking combines reviews by the brand, reviews by AdArena and VideoBattle comparisons. The competition rules and integrity checks apply. AI analysis is a limited internal pilot; an automatic AI score or report is not included for every entry.

How many videos will I receive?

Submission volume and reach depend on the brief, timing and creator participation. They are not the number of videos you have purchased or a promise of advertising results.

What about rights and additional videos?

For new submissions under the current agreement, creators assign all transferable rights they own in the entry to AdArena on submission, including non-winning entries. AdArena manages presentation, distribution and sales. Reusing, selling or uploading the same entry elsewhere requires AdArena’s written permission. Brands receive commercial rights only through a paid transaction under the applicable agreement; an entry or ranking alone is not permission to use it. Extra package bonuses are discretionary and do not reduce promised prizes or the stated creator payment for a standard buyout. Earlier submissions keep their applicable terms. An eligible additional video costs $150 through content buyout, subject to eligibility, payment and the applicable rights terms.

Can I request revisions?

Revision work is not included automatically in a competition prize. Discuss additional scope with the creator and AdArena before relying on it.

What if there are too few suitable entries?

Accepted Answer

Contact AdArena to review the options under your approved competition terms. An extension, alternative scope or refund is not automatic; the applicable terms govern.

How do I get paid when I win?

A winner announcement records the result; it does not mean payment was sent. Complete identity, tax, payout details and the required agreements and documents. Eligible payouts are processed in the monthly cycle on the 15th. Your payment status shows the remaining requirements.

Which payout methods are available?

International creators can choose bank transfer, Payoneer or USDC on Solana, subject to the required checks. Your country and completed setup determine the methods shown in Payment Settings. Credit prizes are not cash and follow the competition’s redemption terms.

Follow the competition brief. Use tools and source material for which you hold the required rights, and give accurate information about the tools used.

Is participation free?

Creators do not pay AdArena an entry fee. Creators cover their own production costs. Brands pay the package or approved quote, plus applicable taxes and payment fees.
